Put-in-Bay July 4th Fireworks are one of the most popular events of the year!
Named one of the Top Ten Places to Watch Fireworks in Ohio, Put-in-Bay offers visitors a unique fireworks display that is launched from a floating barge on July 4th in the downtown harbor. Island businesses and residents work together to sponsor one of the best fireworks displays on Lake Erie.
The Perry Victory and International Peace Memorial offer viewers one of the best locations to watch the fireworks along its seawall or lush grounds. A lawn chair or blanket is recommended for your comfort. The show starts at dark on July 4th which is generally 10 PM.
Put-in-Bay Restaurants offering great views include the Boardwalk and the Keys! Get there early as seating is limited. Put-in-Bay Hotels and Resorts sell out quickly for this special event so be sure to book online early or by calling the reservation center at 888-742-7829.
A free concert will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the plaza of the memorial. Performing will be the Patriots Symphonic Band, a 60 piece nonprofit band from Loraine Ohio.
At 11:00 Am on July 4th, new Citizens of the United States Of America will take their oath on the lower plaza of the monument.
